Sophie Crossley, Founder
Sophie is a social media strategist with 14 years’ experience in digital and social media marketing agencies in London. She’s been developing social strategies and content frameworks since MySpace was still popular, and has worked with global brands including LEGO, HSBC, IKEA, Diesel, YouTube, Google, Expedia, Heinz, Tabasco, Hewlett-Packard and Canon. With a background in sociology, Sophie is fascinated by the insight social media gives into how people behave. She founded Listening Heads to make big agency expertise available to everyone.
